2. Bookings & Reservations

2.1 Availability & Confirmation

• Room availability is subject to change until payment and confirmation are received.
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS with reservation details.

2.2 Rates & Payment

• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers.
• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking unless specified otherwise.

2.3 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Free cancellation upto 48 hrs before checkin.
• No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before checkin.
• Changes must be requested in writing (email) and are subject to availability.

3. Check-In, Check-Out & Occupancy

3.1 Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in: after 2:00 PM.
• Standard check-in: after 2:00 PM.
• Late check-out may incur an additional charge.

3.2 Occupancy
